Also included are two new additional services, Samsara and Webfleet.

Summary
This version corrects a few issues and drops the uniqueness constraint for e-mail addresses within the account. A new report has been added for administrators enabling them to examine login attempts made to their account.
Fixed
- Report - Infringements with activities: The report shows the definitions for GB domestic rules regardless if they are activated for the account or not (cosmetic defect).

- Events: Event handlers are triggered despite being inactive.
New functions
- Report - Login Attempts: A report that shows successful as well as failed logins to the account within specified period (a maximum of two months).
- Report - SMS: Regular users can only see texts that they've sent themselves, administrators can still see all texts sent from the account.

Version 2.7.2
2018-04-12
Summary
Functions have been added enabling automatic notifications sent via email or SMS when certain events occur; e.g. when new infringements have been detected for a driver. Authorised users will find the function on the Events tab under the Account menu option.
A new report was added that highlights "anomalies" within the account (the anomalies currently supported are file copying that are due/late and vehicle unit calibrations that are due/late).
The Fleetboard integration now supports multiple accounts when fetching files.
Fixed
- Autoconnection of drivers/vehicles uploaded by a driver login user are made to the wrong region.
- Report - Infringements per region: Drivers with a driver login user but without a region connection are not shown even though "show unconnected" has been selected.
- Report - Driving without driver card: Notes are not shown.
- Report - Driving without driver card: When grouping by region the notes for vehicles are placed in the beginning of the report leading the reader to believe that they belong to the vehicles without a region connection.
- Report - Driving without driver card: When grouping by region some notes for drivers are shown in multiple places.
- Report - Driving without driver card: Erroneous calculation of the number out-of-scope sessions.
- An error is raised when trying to create more than one external recipient in sequence.
- The sorting of some lists incorrectly handles special characters (e.g. é is sorted differently from e).
New functions
- Event handlers can be created within an account to automatically send notifications via email or SMS when certain events occur. The notifications can be sent to specified recipients and optionally include whom the event pertains (e.g. the driver that new infringements have been found for). Due to limitations in the message format for SMS some information can be withheld from notification sent via SMS.
- Event - New infringements: Occurs when new infringements are detected for a driver.

Version 2.7.1
2017-12-13
Summary
The major news in release 2.7.1 is support for infringement severity level "Most Serious Infringement (MSI)" within the drivers hours regulation. Apart from that several bugs have been corrected and a few enhancements with respect to reports have been made.
Fixed
- Subscriptions using monthly periods will only use a maximum period length of 30 days. E.g. October 2017 used 2017-10-01 -- 2017-10-30 (should have been 2017-10-31).
- Unknown drivers/vehicles widget: Clicking the bar shows details for another object.
- The "Edit subscription" dialogue shows a buffer period of zero regardless of what has been set before (the system has stored and used the set buffer period though).
- E-mail for a driver can not be edited even though the user has the necessary permissions.
- The Road Transport Directive can not be selected for a new subscription even though the service is activated for the account.
- Setting the time zone as UTC in subscriptions yields empty timestamps in publications.
- Grouping the user list by region generates an error.
- The curly braces in the activity analysis disappear and won't come back until the page is reloaded.
- The "Driving without a driver card" report doesn't always show Vehicle ID (tag) and/or region.
- The Excel version of the driver activity report loses the date if another time zone than UTC is selected.
- Graph labels aren't centered when using Internet Explorer 11.
- The function "Remove User from Region(s)" shows all available regions instead of just the ones that the user is attached to.
- The widget "Driving without a driver card" shows different results for the list and details when filtered.
- Timeline analysis: Filtering on missing data won't use the selected timespan.
New functions
- Drivers hours regulation now supports four levels instead of three. The level that has been added is "Most Serious Infringement (MSI)". Pre-existing infringment results for drivers will be recalculated as soon as a new file is uploaded for the driver in question.
- The "Driving without a driver card" report now shows Out-of-Scope coloured in grey.
- The "Driving without a driver card" report now shows number of driving activities and distance per region.
- For the "Infringements report" it is now possible to state if abbreviated or longer infringement texts should be used.
- The "Infringements report" now shows Driver ID (tag) in the check list.
- Activity Report - Weekly Summary: Now shows running total and running average.
- Activity Report - Weekly Summary: Availablility is excluded from the calculation of working hours.

Known issues
Version 2.7.0
2017-10-04
Fixed
Please Note! As of now the documentation of fixed issues in this section will be slightly different from before. For each list item under the section Fixed it is the issue/defect itself that is described, i.e. something that happened in the previous version of idha-Online but is fixed in this version.
E.g.: The measurement tool in the activity analysis crashes if there are no activities in the view.
This item should be interpreted as in the previous version the measurement tool crashed when there were no activities in the view but it is fixed in this version.
- The "Unknown vehicles" analysis is case-sensitive (i.e. vehicles with the same registration number but in different casing will be treated as different vehicles).
- The measurement tool in the activity analysis crashes if there are no activities in the view.
- The driver events report shows N0 instead of stop-time för events/faults.
- The overview in linked analysis exhibits erratic behaviour if the analysed objects have different start dates for their data.
- Account settings cannot be saved for an account that has no company locks.
- The "Edit user" dialogue is too narrow (form fields are layouted in the wrong places).
- Norwegian translations for reports sometimes show #error.
- The summary text for road transport directive is not formatted correctly ({0} is shown in the text).
- Some reports include an empty page.
- The Driving without a driver card report adds the last day twice.
- The infobox in the file analysis cannot be closed if the file name is too long.
New functions
- Functions for subscribing to publications (e.g. reports) have been added. It is possible to set a schedule for how frequently the publications are to be issued and to whom they shall be sent using a specified channel (e.g. E-mail, Sms).
- The overview page now uses the available space more effeciently by laying out the plugins using two columns if the screen width allows. Furthermore the plugins that show charts have been improved so that they use the full available width of their parent container.
- A new plugin "Infringements Trends" has been introduced to assist in following the amount of infringements within the account over a period of time. The key objective behind the plugin is to aid the process of successively reducing the amount of infringements.
- The first user that is created when an account is created will get the same E-mail address as was registered for the main contact of the account.
- The activity analysis will now show registration numbers, where applicable, for events and faults.
- The activity analysis has been extended with a feature to inspect information for overlapping driver cards (i.e. when a specific driver has been using two or more driver cards during a time frame).
Miscellaneous
- Performance for the activity analysis has been improved.
- The infringement report has been optimised so that it now works satisfactorily even for accounts with lots of drivers.
